Abstract:
Two types of output interfaces meant for transfer of the single-flux-quantum superconductive electronics signals to semiconductive electronic circuits are considered. The first device is developed to and fabricated on the base of standard niobium technology using shunted tunnel Josephson junctions. Experimental transforming of the input single-flux-quantum pulses into the output pulse signals with amplitude of more than 1 mV on 50-Ohm load is reported. The second device suggested can be realized on the base of both the standard niobium technology but with use of unshunted tunnel junctions and the high-temperature superconductor Josephson junction technology.
