The analysis of potential accuracy of an estimation of the modulation coefficient of the harmonic frequency modulation signal has been proved. The formulas of lower boundary of the effective estimation dispersion have been obtained. The dependence of the relative mean-square deviation of estimation on the signal parameters was researched. The team of bounds of optimal estimation with non-stationary noise effect are discussed.
