Abstract:
The task of experts influence on results of scientific and technical projects expertise is considered. Conditions for existence of stable expert judgments are determined. Is shown that presence of own at experts has significant on results in case of different processing procedures of expert information. It is shown that presence of own expert-s purposes has significant effect on results of expertise in different procedures for processing of expert information.
