Abstract:
We measured impedance of the potassium polytitanate layer over a set of electrodes at the multielectroded chip under exposure to various gas mixtures. The results allow one to build an equivalent circuit where the combination of each acive/reactive component can be used for selective gas identification by pattern recognition algorithms.
