Development of elements of theory of third decisive scheme of the admission of multiplied nonlinear recurrent sequences

Abstract:
In the implementation of tasks of searching, detecting and synchronization of complex signals systems in the conditions of the X.25-ISO protocol use is develops the use of known relevance of decision theory of signal reception and most importantly allows to identify and develop new theoretical and practical category, which we called «third decision scheme» (TDS) has a big future in the theory and practice of complex signals.
In the article investigates the elements of the theory of the TDS on the basis of which is justified: 1) possibility of use the TDS as «factor-gateway» between a first and second, second and third and, possibly other levels of transport system of packet radio network; 2) that TDS can be as well as unique and separate admission procedures of wideband noise-like signals those additional «channel-admission» procedures.
