Abstract:
Under the reliability of the system «man-technology» should be understood in its ability to perform specified functions in time, i.e. to keep the time in the limits of the values of all parameters characterizing the ability to operate under specified modes of operation, maintenance, storage and transportation. Thus, the consideration of the system «man-technique» can be reduced to the consideration of the purposeful activity of individuals or entire teams of employees (managers and executives), equipped with appliances, or a narrower activity of the individual operator. For repairable systems, which includes occupational safety organizations, a key measure of reliability is the characteristic of the flow of failures. Operator action this article discusses from the point of view of its influence on the reliability of the system.
