Gas detection based on thermal conductivity effect

Abstract:
An influence of thermal conductivity, dynamic viscosity, and gas density on thermal conductivity effect is studied numerically for various gases of practical importance. The gases are classified according to different contributions to the effect. A list of detectable gases is determined.
