Abstract:
Cryogenic microthermometer based on chain of tunnel junctions superconductor-insulator-normal metal (SIN) was developed, manufactured and researched. The thermometer was tested at the temperature range from 0,1 K to 1,1 K. Increase serial number of junction to 100 improved temperature resolution compared with single junction to 0,3 mK/√Hz, that is 3 orders of magnitude better than single junction showed.
