It is proposed complex approach to modeling of selection and placement of personnel, according to their professional skills. The model of group selection of performers is developed for implementation phases of the project. Their mathematical justifications are adduced. The resulting model allows to formalize the initial data in intellectual systems of accounting and recruitment for solving more complex problems.
