Abstract:
The paper discusses the methodological approach to assess the effectiveness of a multilateral aimed activity. The main phases of the study, based on an operational approach are given. Provides the basic provisions on the development of mathematical model of operation. There was considered logical schemes for achievement a certain goal in the form of unstructured constructions and a structured three-stage graph «directions of activity → Tasks → action».
