Abstract:
The presented paper is devoted to the study of the possibility of determination of the parameters of acoustic vibrations through solution of incorrectly delivered inverse problem of temporary Mossbauer spectroscopy. In order to solve the substituted problem a mathematical mechanism providing high accuracy description of the influence of external acoustic vibrations on the absorption spectrum of Mossbauer radiations is offered. The expressions are gained for the electric field of resonance gamma radiation transmitted through the Mossbauer absorber, for the transmitted radiation intensity, for the velocities of movement of the gamma radiation source and the Mossbauer absorber. The frequency and amplitude dependence of transmitted Mossbauer radiations from the parameters of external acoustic vibrations are theoretically shown. With the purpose to carry out the comparative analysis unique experimental setup based on the phenomenon of modulation of Mossbauer radiation in the presence of external acoustic vibrations has been developed and created at the Institute of Applied Problems of Physics of NAS РА. The Mossbauer radiation spectrums under the influence of acoustic vibration of different frequency and amplitude are registered. Experimentally, variations of Mossbauer absorption spectrums due to modulation by external excitations of different frequency upon the conditions Ω <Γ and Ω <<Γ are observed. Verification of the offered method of solution of inverse problem is executed by comparative analysis of registered Mossbauer spectrums, which were modulated by low frequency acoustic vibrations of certain types and calculated datum. Resuming the obtained results it is possible to prove that from the registered experimental data of temporary Mossbauer spectroscopy the parameters of low frequency acoustic vibration can be calculated with necessary accuracy and the type of vibration can be recovered by utilization of above presented mathematical mechanism.
