The quality of information and knowledge in the tasks of management of the enterprise

Abstract:
Modern economic practice requires managers of solving a complex of tasks related to ambiguous assessment of market situations and lines of development of the enterprise. Accumulated experience and technology OJSC research Institute «Vector» allows to work on a high scientific-technical level, mainly due to the factor of progress in knowledge. The main direction of company development, which developed innovative projects are in line with modern requirements, should be the creation of systems and technologies of distributed intelligence. The extensive use of «cloud» technology can make a significant step to automation of management processes and to create a global information infrastructure as a set of connected information systems that support the processes of collection, transmission, storage and processing of information at different levels of its use. Network technologies have become the cause of strengthening the role of competitive intelligence, since the advent of the Internet has allowed to provide many users with cheap access to huge information resources. The main goal of competitive intelligence is the systematic tracking of open information that allows you to anticipate market shifts, to predict the development of the market situation, to identify new or potential competitors, and to monitor the appearance of new «explosive» technologies. Development of systems of information safety are ensured by implementing the following measures: a) in the legal sphere clarification of legal aspects of information security on the facts of leakage, loss and modification of information; b) in the technical sphere the creation of hardware-software tools to identify sources of accidental and intentional information influences and protection against them; c) in economic area develop methods for assessment of economic damages, caused in case of leakage, loss and modification.
