Abstract:
A method of ion induced deposition and ion etching to create a composite micro-samples Ni53Mn24Ga23 based alloy with a record small size is developed. A special device to fix deformities driving at high magnetic fields up to 8 Т is invented. The experimentally measured relative thermally and magnetically induced bending deformation of composite microactuators are experimentally ineasured.
