Abstract:
The use of MPRS with low mobility aircraft carriers (such as airships ) to study the reflective properties of the Earth's surface may be very different from the case of their use for the detection of point targets . The report presents the first attempt to address this problem. The modeling of the correlation properties of the noise signal on-off of the radar system , reflected from a rough surface. The results show that there are serious problems of selection criteria for modeling the surface under study.
