From 2006 Nizhny Novgorod regional division of A.S. Popov-s Scientific and Technical Society of Radio engineering, Electronics and Communication carries out for its members the united scientific and educational programme which is called «Scientific and Futurological Readings in memory of A.S. Popov». This programme is scientific metaschool that is school of scientific schools because main task of these Readings is to prepare a number of leaders of russian scientific and technical schools for the next decade. Reports on Readings broach both traditional for A.S. Popov-s STSREC questions of radar-location and radio communication and open problems of modern science. Constructive interaction of the United Organizational Committee of Readings with Nizhny Novgorod Mathematical Society headed by G.M. Polotovsky plays an important role in this activity. The Board of Guardians of this Readings consists of world-famous russian scientists namely academicians of Russian Academy of Sciences Yu.V. Gulyaev, F.M. Mitenkov, A.I. Savin, A.S. Bugaev, S.N. Vasilyev, corresponding members of Russian Academy of Sciences V.V. Aristov, I.A. Kalyaev, E.V. Pimenov and President of International Slavonic Academy of Sciences, Education, Art and Culture professor B.I. Iskakov. The article is devoted to description of 39th Scientific and Futurological Readings in memory of A.S. Popov carried out by the United Organizational Committee of Readings at November, 20−21, 2014, on the basis of Research Institute of Physics and Technique of Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod.
