Abstract:
The short analysis of a current state of systems of RFID on the basis of SAW technology is given. Two algorithms have been developed to synthesize a topology of RFID SAW tags. They allow the spatial distribution of static inhomogeneities in the acoustic channel of reflective delay line needed to provide an amplitude uniformity of the generated code. The first algorithm provides simultaneous change of both a form of electrodes and their number in each of the tag reflectors, while the second algorithm defines the desired sequence of reflectors, within which only a number of aluminum strips is varied on the substrate LiNbO3 (0,38,0). An efficiency of the proposed algorithms confirmed by a rigorous spectral model allowing simulation of arbitrary distributed systems.
