Abstract:
Variety of effects of electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency on biological objects revealed nonthermal mechanism. It caused the recommendation to use electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency as one of the therapeutic methods in medicine and veterinary medicine. Nowadays the question of action mechanism of electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency on living systems is up-to-date. For the purpose of the disclosure of this action mechanism, we studied the effects of electromagnetic radiation of extreme , mites and rats. As a result, the bacteriostatic activity of the investigated radiation relative to the St. Aureus was determined, which is dependent on the mode of exposure. The most significant bacteriostatic activity of electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency is resealed when the waveguide is 15 sm far from the source of radiation and the time of impact is 30 min. The influence of electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency on mites Psoroptes cuniculi increased their locomotor activity. When it was stopped behavioral responses returned to normal. Intravenous injection of saline after being exposed to electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency increases nonspecific resistance of rats. The maximum level of serum bactericidal activity was observed 24 hours after the administration of saline. The obtained results allow us to conclude that the effects of electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency depend on the length of exposure, distance from the radiation source to the object, as well as the level of organization of living systems. Highly organized living systems (mammals) respond to electromagnetic radiation of extremely high frequency with an increase in the activity of regulatory mechanisms and systems are of not high organization (bacteria) ? with a decrease, which is manifested as the dysfunction of the reproductive system or death.
