The article analyzes the specific method of using object-oriented element models for the management of modern manufacturing processes. It also analyzed the characteristics of industrial process control in assessing the degree of risk of failure of the production results. The main tasks to create a process management control tool are formulated. A brief description of the method of risk management in manufacturing processes using simulation models is presented. A series of experiments to illustrate the method are described. Brief practical application of the method is presented. The conclusions about the factors that influence the degree of risk in the production process are made.
