Abstract:
The article considers the approaches to solving the problem of accounting for high-frequency distortions in the standardization of photometric measurements of near-earth space objects, received by optical-electronic systems, with digital television CCD-cameras. It is proposed to use the methods of batch multiscale wavelet analysis for evaluation of parameters of influence of turbulence on the quality of photometric measurements. The efficiency of the proposed method in comparison with the classic based on the methods of spectral analysis using Fourier transform.
