Management of FETs in a bridge circuit with phase shift without use of non-linear optocoupler in feedback loop

Abstract:
The article suggests and describes the control circuit of switches in power supplies that provide minimal time recharge input capacitance of FETs and switching with minimal losses. An important feature of these schemes is the use of high-frequency transformer, which provide electrical isolation without the use of additional channels operating power. It is not necessary to use non-linear optocoupler in the feedback loop, which gives an opportunity to provide stability for the best dynamic performance.
