Dependence of bicrystal Josephson junction-s (YBa2Cu3O7-x) voltage response on external electromagnetic radiation on voltage biase in external magnetic field was researched. Transition from broadband mode to frequency-selective mode of detection at reduction of critical current by magnetic field was obtained
