Modes of operation and radiation linewidth of flux-flow oscillator

Abstract:
The research of flux-flow oscillator (FFO) modes of operation was made. The FFO IVCs were measured with high accuracy, differential resistance behavior was investigated that has an influence on the radiation linewidth. The set of linewidth measurements were made and the correspondence between experiment and calculation model taking into account the control line current fluctuations and the low frequency current fluctuations is obtained.
