Comparison of simulation results of the EMR reflection from a pinewood with experimental data

Abstract:
Anomalous behavior of back scattering is observed in the ranges of L, P, VHF at the analysis of radar information from pinewood in different seasons. Also peculiarity of season measurements of moisture different tree elements was observed. The simulating results of EMR reflection from pinewood are showed anomalous behavior of back scattering is explained by moisture seasonal variations of needles and thin branches.
