Magnetic microstructures on the basis of the Permalloy films on patterned substrates

Abstract:
Magnetic microstructures in a form of Permalloy films on patterned substrates were fabricated using photolithography, ion etching and magnetron sputtering. Effect of topology (stripes, rectangles and squares) and dimensions of microrelief on anisotropic magnetoresistance and magnetic hysteresis loops for such structures was studied.
