Phase-shift Keyed Signal with Amplitude Modulated Envelop for Transmitting Timing Frequency

Abstract:
Possibility of Phase-shift keyed signal generating with amplitude modulated envelop that provides transmitting timing frequency is considered in the paper. Signals generating are realized by two approaches: based on single-tone amplitude modulated oscillation and based on beat-frequency waveform. These approaches provide less requirement bandwidth for signal transmitting comparing with Phase-shift keyed signal produced by standard methods. Spectrograms for these signals are exhibited that were obtained depending on relations of probability zeros and ones in transmitting random binary information sequences. In conclusion: shape of spectrum is depending on relation between probability zeroes and ones in the information sequence, changing it from spectrum of amplitude modulated signal to beat-frequency waveform.
