Boundary conditions of the dirac fermions in graphene

Abstract:
Boundary conditions (ВСs) of the Dirac-like equation, that describes electron in graphene, are derived from general consideration. Without inter-valley interaction, BCs are described by one real parameter that characterizes general boundary. Using this BCs, we found the spectrum of the electron edge states for semi-infinite graphene plane with linear boundary.
