Generalized frequency criteria of synthesis of complex fractional order operators are proposed. These criteria can be applied both to synthesis of devices of real and imaginary fractional integration and differentiation (FID), and to synthesis of complex FID devices in general. Variants of structures of RC-elements with distributed parameters (RC-EDP) that make it possible to implement such operators are created on the basis of the given criteria of synthesis.
