Fractal Modelling of the Messages Delays in Large Networks

Abstract:
Concepts a fractal and fractal dimension with regards to telecommunication technologies for modeling large networks topology are considered. The basic quantitative characteristic of networks - the fractal dimension is entered, allowing to solve problems of comparison, the analysis and synthesis of networks topology. The criterion of the optimum coordination of the big network topology with geometry of object on which it is placed is offered. The applications of fractal geometry methods for determination of messages delays in the networks which is distributed in topological sense is considered.
