The thermodynamic fluctuations of electric charge in equilibrium nonlinear RC-circuit are analyzed by the noise method. It is shown that the Gibbs statistical method possesses the limited possibilities to calculate the high cumulants of the electric charge fluctuations. This shortcoming of the Gibbs statistical method is the seamy side of its high spot. The case is that the Gibbs distribution is independent of the characteristics of random interaction between the thermodynamic system and thermostat which is a reason for the appearance of the thermodynamic fluctuations.
