Formulation of the problem: Modern logistics faces a number of serious challenges, including data opacity, risk of unauthorized access, and scalability difficulties. Traditional logistics management methods do not provide adequate data security and reliability, which limits the efficiency and traceability of logistics operations. Blockchain is a promising solution to address these shortcomings due to its properties of immutability, security, and decentralization.
Purpose: Creation of a decentralized multi-chain blockchain system that will improve logistics management by ensuring data transparency, increasing its integrity and security, as well as the flexibility of the architecture that supports the creation of subchains. The main objectives include developing a system that can provide up-to-date information to all participants in the logistics network, ensure secure data storage, and scalability for growing volumes of logistics operations.
Results: A review of existing blockchain solutions in logistics is conducted, their advantages and limitations are identified. A modular architecture of the blockchain system with support for multi-chains and distributed user management is developed. The system implements a mechanism for creating subchains that allow structuring data and isolating information flows depending on the department, partner or process. The main components include a blockchain core, a user management mechanism and support for client-server architecture. The system supports transparent addition of data blocks, compliance with user roles and information validation. As a result, the scalability and flexibility of logistics processes are increased while maintaining data security.
Practical significance: The proposed system helps improve the efficiency of logistics management by ensuring data transparency, security and segmentation through subchains. It finds application in cargo tracking, inventory management, transaction accounting and data segmentation to isolate logistics operations. The architecture is especially useful for large organizations with complex logistics chains, providing reliable management of large volumes of data and facilitating integration with existing systems.
