Abstract:

In the current conditions of the design of electric power networks, there is an urgent need to optimize the costs of their construction and operation. Existing standard solutions often lead to excessive capital investments, while less reliable schemes increase the damage from the disruption of electricity supply to consumers.

The objective of the article is to develop a methodology and software for the technical and economic optimization of the design of distribution electric networks, which allows minimizing the total costs of their construction and operation, taking into account the requirements of the reliability of electricity supply to consumers and possible economic damages from the disruption of electricity supply.

A web application for automated design of power supply networks has been created using modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Designed software will significantly reduce the costs associated with the design of distribution networks, which is particularly important for realizing large-scale power projects.
