At present research cognitive approach to motor skill formation in the martial arts has been described. It is based on the using of the first-order and the second-order internal logic, and on the limitations which determine parameters of the formed skills. It helps to pass knowledge from a tutor to a learner without distortion, and to create the systemic complex of martial art. Its capabilities are substantially extended in comparison with any martial art. The article was first formulated the notion of the informational core, which is applied to knowledge about the rules of motor skills formation in martial arts and the rules of martial art creation. The article defines the notion of the “technical doping” and the principles of application of the proposed approach for the bionic construction of robotic systems, including defensive-combat systems, and their functioning are considered. For the first time the concept of "immunoandroid" was introduced.
