Abstract:

In this work, we studied anthropometric characteristics, the psychological features of cognitive functions, the polymorphism of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and the structure of their relationships among students of Moscow State University. The full anthropometric survey was carried out, psychological testing by the method of "Prognosis 2.5", molecular genetic study of genotypes of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE). Depending on the ACE gene polymorphism statistically significant differences of some somatic traits, the most important of them – index of massiveness of skeleton, body length, highrise diameter of the head in boys group, the lengthwise and transverse diameters of the head in girls group were revealed. The association between D-allele of ACE gene and decline in efficiency of prognosis activity was found.
