Abstract:
In recent years, wireless sensor networks began to widely adopted. The use of such technology in a distributed industrial control systems is complicated due to several problems. The article deals with the problem of providing quality of service (QoS) and the implementation of network management in distributed wireless industrial control systems. Relevance of implementation of management systems and monitoring on such networks is justified. Approaches to im-plementation of monitoring and control on the wireless networks of sensors are considered. The possibility of use of the standard architecture of management network, which are applied on networks of general purpose, is shown. Implementation of architecture of the imposed management system network is offered. Use of combined approach for implementation of monitoring and control on the wireless networks of sensors is offered. The basic principles of implementation of monitoring are considered. Types of the collected information are defined, the general requirements to a monitoring system are formulated, the analysis of the network topology used for implementation of a monitoring system and control is made. The conclusion is drawn on possible use of a combination of tree topology and a mesh-network. Tasks which solution will be required at the subsequent stages of implementation of management system and monitoring are designated.
