Abstract:
In the paper introduces the concept of super complex systems and their relationship with the natural living systems are ana-lyzed. For the first time the properties of super complex systems are formulated rigorously, and the author's definition non-Gödel's systems are given. As analogy with the known concepts of observability and controllability of dynamical systems the concept and principle of systems constructability is formulated and its generalization to functions constructability is made. We present a number of the theorems concerning the properties of constructed systems and constructed functions. For the first time we found the necessary (but not sufficient) condition that the system is living - this failure to comply with the criterion for it constructability.
