Abstract:
The aim of this study was to investigate saccadic parameters and avtosaccades in 35 patients with PD (12 with stage - I, 15 - II and 8 - III scale Hoehn-Yahr) with tremor (6) and mixed forms (29 patients). All patients had right clinical disease debut. The control group consisted of 15 healthy subjects, the corresponding age and sex. Neurophysiological monitoring was carried out by hardware-software complex \"Gaze\". Average duration and latent period saccades were significantly different from the norm in all patients with PD (Hoehn-Yahr I-III). The number of multiple saccades exceeded 6%, eye movements were asymmetrical. Avtosaccades differed slowness (the most severe stage III), compared with the norm. Parameters of latent periods and durations were increased and were the most violated in mixed forms PD - III. So, there are important differences saccadic parameters and trajectories of eye movements in stages PD I-III.
