Abstract:
In our work the analysis of EEG when planning monovector movements in 4 extremities revealed polymorphism of ERS/ERD of sensomotorny rhythms at imagination of bending of fingers of a hand and back bending of foot in prepotent and not prepotent extremities, also identity of answers of sensomotorny rhythms of EEG in these conditions of research is also found. So, planning of the same pattern of the movement in the top and lower extremities was followed by polymorphism of changes of power of sensomotorny rhythms of EEG. Either low, or high mezhpolusharny asymmetry when planning movements in the top and lower extremities acted as manifestation of identity of answers of sensomotorny rhythms of EEG when planning monovector movements in 4 extremities in our researches. Mezhpolusharny asymmetry was shown in localization of a source of the maximum activity, in manifestation of ERS/ERD of sensomotorny rhythms of EEG.
As the EEG method has low spatial resolution, it becomes much more difficult to differentiate signals of various imagined movements in one extremity as in this case too close located sites of primary motive bark [1,2] are activated. The analysis of EEG when planning three-vector movements in a prepotent hand showed a low differentiation of the planned three-vector movements (bending of fingers, bending in an elbow joint, rotation) in a prepotent hand. The imagination of all three types of movements in a prepotent hand was followed by almost equally expressed ERS/ERD in sensomotorny rhythms. Thus we did not establish the importance of changes of power of sensomotorny rhythms of EEG for differentiation of 3 degrees of freedom at imagination of movements in one extremity.
After modeling of the planned motive pattern during 30 sec. by means of the device for rehabilitation of Power Plate [3, 4] us increase in the importance of ERS/ERD of the one-vector planned movement in a prepotent hand (bending of fingers) after two-level (Low, High) sensomotorny loading is revealed. \"Low\" the level of sensomotorny loading causes more widespread activation of the motor centers of a cerebral cortex. Two-level sensomotorny pre-activation strengthens individual increase in ERD in alfa2-frequency range when planning bending of fingers of a prepotent hand. The possibility of a differentiation of changes of power of sensomotorny rhythms of EEG of the two-vector planned movements of a prepotent hand after sensomotorny pre-activation is established.
