The analogy today is more often viewed from the point of view of logic. However, its application in science broadly. The origins of the conception of analogy to be found in epistemological and methodological issues. This approach will allow a better understanding of the many methodological problems of neurocomputing. In the analog approach, we find the explanation of the emergence of the neurocomputer phenomenon, for example, the reader checks a device that recognizes images like a man. There is clear narrowing neurocomputing concepts in the so-called \"artificial neural networks\", emanating from the formalist interpretation of a mind activity and a system approach. The analogy has been considered as a method, it becomes \"epistemological master key\" to the numerous methodological problems neurocomputing in particular reveals the causes of the properties in the models, which are absent from the object, etc. In general, the analogy problem requires that to its development has been not in neurocomputing only but science and common methodology.
