Abstract:
The feasibility of developing a universal technology intellectualization of artificial systems, the prototype of which is the natural technology intellectualization of living that combines evolution and individual development, ontogenesis and phylogenesis. The main sign of intelligence - the ability to foresee in the new conditions on the basis of stored in memory and the resulting genetically and in the learning process (self-study) experience in the form of shaped reflexes and automatisms. In fact, the evolution of the living is the development of his ability to foresee. Standard, basic reflexes help the organism to reduce the dimension of his model of the world, to reduce the diversity of situations to a limited number of typical behaviors in them. Showing the special role of consciousness as a tool for intelligence highly organized living for the production of new reflexes, automatisms (consciousness ? \"super reflex\" for the generation of reflexes) and at the same time is not bound by its presence for understanding and implementation intelligent behavior. We give the basic ideas and principles of intelligent behavior.
