Abstract:
The aim of the research - is to offer another alternative way to build (design) non-analytical systems using expert data obtained on the full-scale facility as the primary. It also aims heuristic continuation of these systems to give both numerically and graphically-shaped new data with the prediction of the behavior of systems. The results of the problems research of functional and structural imaging of live biological tissues are presented. The developments of the algorithms for animation rendering of effects play computer «revival» of animated images of real tissue of the nervous system by 4D-through design using empirical data and overlay its functional activity are presented also. The model allows to visualize the heterogeneous structure of the spike at the initial stage of its generation, due to the finite speed of ionic currents that determine their inertia. The new data about dynamics of the spike propagation parameters, which are differed from those traditionally adopted a simplified model, and the livelihoods of more realistically depicting living axons. In contrast to the known soliton models in initially segment of spike propagation is its extension was found, and not a monotonic taper at the same time. It increases its intensity and focusing is performed only in the final phase distribution that more accurately reflect reality.
