Abstract:
The success of student-s adaptation to educational process depends on the efficiency of processes of regulation of the Central nervous system, and, particularly, on the way a brain converts the information. It was found out that the right hemisphere is more autonomously provides the activity of the endocrine glands than the left one. The dominance of the right hemisphere and lateral mixed phenotypes provide an effective adaptation to extreme climate and geographical conditions [1]. The purpose of this research is to find out the affiliation between the individual profiles of brain lateralization and the efficiency of student-s adaptation to educational process. We have identified profiles of functional brain-s asymmetry of the pedagogical specialties students. Individual indexes of the asymmetry were also calculated [2]. The results showed that the profile of functional asymmetry of the most part of the respondents is mixed (combination of right motor profiles or sensory profiles with the left motor profiles). The 75,8% of students have incomplete dominance of the left hemisphere. The dominance of the right hemisphere - 14%. About 10,2% of students are ambidexters. They don-t have preferences in the leading hemisphere neither of sensor nor of motor functions. In conclusion, comparative analysis of individual profiles of lateralization and functional indicators characterizing the processes of adaptation to educational stress among surveyed students allows us to conclude, that students with mixed profile of brain lateralization have more stable mechanisms of adaptation. Students with a dominant left hemisphere and right motor and sensor assays had more abnormal indicators of the cardiorespiratory system. Generally, functional abilities of the respiratory and circulatory systems among surveyed students reflect a medium tension of regulation-s mechanisms.
