Semantic integration of scientific and technical information in the area of design and application of neurocomputers

Abstract:
The formal and semantic integration are two complementary aspects of integration of the scientific and technical information (STI). The generalized requirement to objects of semantic integration of NTI consists in their conformity to one semantic concept of area of scientific activity. Such concept is «knowledge». As semantic objects of integration the terms of the scientific publication are considered. These terms are concrete interpretations of concept «knowledge». In interests of semantic integration of STI the methodical means of creation of the homogeneous conceptual models (HCM) is designed. Terms of the scientific publication and communication between them are HCM constructive elements. HCM allows to define degree of a semantic integrity of integrable scientific publication for an estimation of its readiness for semantic integration with other scientific publications. Tasks of realization of the formal and semantic integration of STI in area of design and application of neurocomputers are the filling of a database of integration of STI regarding metadata of scientific publications and the results of creation of HCM of these publications, and also the perfecting of methodical means of the homogeneous conceptual modelling.
