Abstract:
Neuroscience require investments. But whether any investment inneuroscience will automatically lead to success - In recent years, market capitalization growth of neural network solutions, but not at the rate that was originally projected.This is due to fundamental technical problems and extreme mathematical complexity of the neural network modeling the physiology of higher nervous activity and self-organization of living matter.
