Abstract:
Mothers stress causes significant deviations at the development of the offspring [1, 2, 3]. Bio-acoustic correction (BAC) contributes to the normalization of the motor and emotional behavior of females and has a positive impact on the development of posterity. The purpose of this work - the definition of the most effective ways to correct the use of the BAC with different types of sound to prevent the effects of the offspring of mothers vital stress. The Methods. Adult females (n = 18) were implanted electrodes in the frontal and the occipital region of the cortex with zolotil anesthesia (0.6 ml/kg). Control - 12 rats that were subjected to false operation. A one month before the conception the female rats were placed into terrarium with Python, where they experienced the death of a partner from the actions of predator (vital stress). One week after the stress was performed for 5 days sessions bioacoustic (2 sessions a day for 10 minutes). 6 rats had sessions with music BAC, in which the frequencies of the fundamental tone sounds corresponded with normally tempered scale and were connected by non-linear law with durations of periods of ECoG (group 1). 6 rats have sessions which have been conducted with monotonous BAC, in which the sounds were changing in timbre in accordance with the current frequency ECoG (group 2). 6 rats had sessions with recording acoustic image of other rats ECoG (group 3). Control-intact and after stress rats that were not exposed acoustic effects. One month after surgery, females were introduced to the males. Analysis of maternal behavior was performed on 1-2 days after the offspring birth (the time of collecting the rats scattered in a checkerboard pattern on the cell). The behavior of one-month-old offspring was analyzed at open-field test (OF). To assess the integrity of the behavior of the test OF used cluster analysis and non-parametric Mann-Whitney test (p ≤ 0.05). The Results. In the first group maternal behavior was consistent with the norm, in the SMBAC was better than in stressed rats (p≤ 0,01), but lower than in the control. The sessions in the third group BAC does not normalize maternal behavior, although females and gathered the rats a bit faster than rats after stress. Locomotor behavior in the OF in all experimental groups (except the third group ) was higher than in the normal rats. Indicators of exploratory and emotional behavior only in the first group are the same as in normal. The Conclusion. The obtained results allow us to conclude that the musical version of his own listening ECoG in real time of stressed females, the most effective for the prevent of post-stress disorders in their offspring.
