This paper proposes a system of training, based on a hierarchical structure in which a knowledgeable and skilled knowledge transfer slightly less knowledgeable, those - a little less knowledgeable, and so on. A similar system was used in the Middle Ages and earlier, but was later replaced by less efficient mass education. The two systems are compared in numerical experiments on the example of training neural networks. In this hierarchical ap-proach was more effective with a lack of time resources.
