Abstract:
In the article the results of research devoted to the study of indicators of autonomic regulation of heart rhythm women pre - and menopausal age groups depending on the performance of a solid geometry body. Parameters of vegetative regulation of cardiac heart rhythm presents alone and in the process perform the orthostatic test. Identified great lability in vegetative regulation function in women premenopausal period, regardless of lateralization of behavioral profile asymmetries. In addition, high tension functions involving high energozatratnye the mechanisms of regulation common to all representatives of the right-hand lateral behavioral profile asymmetries, for almost half of the women and left quarters of the groups surveyed us with Alipa. It is shown that in the menopausal age period women who are at rest register energy-consuming mechanisms to ensure cardiovascular activity, this subgroup is the risk of developing cardiovascular disease. When you do this physical exercise for women with the right and ambidextral right laterally behavioral profile asymmetries contribute to the inclusion and strengthening of inefficient, energy-consuming mechanisms of regulation of heart rhythm. In the process of the research showed that the peculiarities of vegetative regulation functions are determined by the age and individual-typological peculiarities of behavioural lateralization profile asymmetries.
Physical exercise causes a mixed reaction in the restructuring of the mechanisms of regulation of heart rate in women pre - and menopausal periods. Therefore, to improve the efficiency and economization of the functioning of the female body with the purpose of prevention and rehabilitation of disorders in its structural-functional features should be recommended physical activity strictly dosing the nature of the load in accordance with the peculiarities of vegetative regulation of heart rhythm and profile of a solid geometry of the female body.
