Abstract:
The paper the overview of the real situation in Neurocomputing is provided. It is based on essence and modern understanding of Neurocomputing. The reasons for decline in popularity and interest in Neurocomputing and neuroinformatics by the interna-tional scientific community are analyzed. It is shown that Neurocomputing has the significant untapped potential, the key to which is the more realistic justification prefix «neuro-». The achievement ways are discusses, one of the most effective can be collectively and communicative universalism, we obtain an expression in the rubric «Neurocomputers and Society». The issues the degree of its humanitarianism were solved. Numerous examples of expansion via collective communicative universalism of neurocomputing concept and neurocomputing output paths to a qualitatively new horizons of development previously unprece-dented scale. How important and necessary globally may be the issues are discussed under the heading «Neurocomputers and Society» in the near future is shows. If we want to continue to qualify for the term «Neurocomputing» necessary or at least a little interested in the subject of re-search (if the research somehow relates to the object) and approaching the real biological nervous system, or to retreat from the term «neuro-» and do their own thing. Otherwise, will continue to receive «neurooil pumps», «neurogas turbine aircraft en-gines», «neurolights», «neurolessons?, «neurotimetable», «neurologistics», «neurobanks» and other neurononsense compromis-ing of normal Neurocomputing, and increasing attention to it by the Pseudoscience struggle commission. Salvation neurocomput-ing in its expansion only. And a new revival neurocomputing to a new level is Inevitably close!
