Intelligent information system radical-based modeling as tool to ensure the integrated development

Abstract:
In the information age, in contrast to the era of physics, came to the fore surplus systems. In such systems, along with the active elements are considered passive components. Passive elements form a reserve, excess of the surplus system. Surplus systems equipped with operating (activating) superstructure in contrast from the traditional dynamic systems, possess behavioral activity. They respond not only to the position in space and time but to the motivation feasibility of the situation through its life cycle. Surplus systems have the ability to change the activity of its elements, depending on the changing situation with regard to the purpose at this stage of their life cycle. Typical examples of surplus systems are living beings, companies, the armed forces, information systems and many other systems. The article describes the concept of the development of information systems based on radical modeling and neurocomputer technology in the form of radical media.
