Abstract:
In the paper the analytical summary of the history, evolution and basic scientific directions of the magazine. The main ways of improving neurocomputing and role in this magazine columns, articles presented in this software release. Concluded an impor-tant role in this journal, the possibilities and the need to expand its field of directions and reflect this in the category of published articles.
