Abstract:
Neurophilosophy (NF) as a methodology enables a real opportunity to direct world neuroscience researches on neuron researches revival as the atom brain. Extensive research in this direction were carried out around World in the middle of second half XX century - the «golden age» of world science. In the Soviet Union prior to its destruction, there were many world leading schools and research centers, secret including for comprehensive study of the structure, function and genetics of nerve cells as an independent education and its neurofilament. It is known that a qualitative leap in the nuclear energy researches was took place just after the atom has been studied in detail. In this case, apparently, to a fundamental breakthrough in these areas philosophy was involved also. Need of philosophy for new concepts forming of new «neuronuclear» project can be understood by reading the dialogue A. Einstein and R. Tagore [1]. It is very illustrative for private-academic experts failure to address such a grand scale and the problem only without involving philosophers. Biological substance is much more complex, however, is the relative complexity [2] as atom is more complex than its models immeasurably. However, a comprehensive atom study as universe brick allowed to reach a new, qualitatively more advanced level of understanding and, most importantly, the use of nuclear energy. Roughly, the same could happen to the brain, if managed in a similar way to explore the neuron before the general regression of society and science. Only way to study the brain, which can lead to the same result like nuclear physics, while maintaining the overall motivation of studying - is revival of comprehensive studies of the neuron. The most important application tool for Renaissance neuron research can be a neurosimulating and neurocomputing only.
